I spent weeks trying to get multiple cameras to work in OBS some folks even said it's not possible without a video switcher - my three cameras work flawlessly, natively, right out of OBS. The following is driver installation information, which is very useful to help you find or install drivers for A4tech USB2.0 Camera. For example: Hardware ID. NO NEED TO RENAME identical cameras in the registry MJPEG) - doesn't matter whatever makes your camera look / work the best ("auto" works fine for me) UNCHECK "Deactivate When Not Showing" (this way the camera won't shut off, will be guaranteed to load when switching scenes, and will load instantly) 2) If the problem persists after step 1, look into the settings for your camera to see if there is an inversion or image flipping option. They all work when plugged into USB Hubs, as long as each USB hub is plugged into a seperate USB port on my computer. The very simple fix was: MAKE SURE EVERY CAMERA IS PLUGGED INTO A DIFFERENT USB PORT. If you have two identical cameras rename one of the devices in the registryįor me, none of these things worked. Loading Camera(s) > Shut down & restart OBS and it magically appears Can't Install A4tech 635m - posted in External Hardware: Hi bleeping computer First, Thanks for reading this so here it goes, I'm using Windows XP sp2, i have reformatted my PC and now i can. Update 2): I have tried using the windows 10 camera app as well as Google Handouts, so the camera does work, but I think something is not set right, or something is blocking the webcam to being used. I followed these steps but I did not get the webcam to work. 4) Reinstall Action! from mirillis's website. 2) Go to the regestry and remove the Action! catalog from HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/. I have also been in contact with Mirillis Action! to do the following steps: 1) uninstall Action!. Update 1): I gotten in contact with Logitech Tech Support, and they were unable to find a solution to the problem. I also have the same problem with my other recording software (Mirillis Action!), but the webcam works fine when I test it in my Logitech Gaming Software. OBS can see the webcam, but it doesn't let it work. When I go into my sources, and add a "video capture device", the device is colored red, as well as the FPS and the Video Format. This problem has popped up recently (ever since the latest windows 10 update).
